DeMist River Camp is an off the grid camp site in the heart of the Gamtoos Valley. We are a working citrus farm situated on the bank of the Gamtoos River and are an excellent spot for fishing. Species like Barber, Carp, Eel and Tilapia are in abundance . We are on your way to the Baviaanskloof but are easier accessible by normal vehicles. Although you will feel like you are somewhere remote we are close enough to civilisation for a quick dinner out, drive out to some of the scenery in our area of to stock up.
In other words your perfect hide out with out driving to far, or to remote.
