Camp Skeurklip is located in the Harrismith/Verkykerskop area of the Eastern Free State, on a working beef and sheep farm.
It is situated at the base of the spectacular mountain Skeurklip (2365masl) .
There is a dam stocked with Bass fish and many trails to explore either hiking or biking and an abundance of bird life including the Bald Ibis which breed on the farm.
The camp site falls within the Upper Wilge River conservation area and is in close proximity to the newly proclaimed Bedford/Ingula nature reserve.
